子宫颈癌中Ezrin、IL-6和MMP-9的表达及其与浸润和转移的关系

Expression of Ezrin, IL-6 and MMP-9 in cervical carcinoma and their relationship with invasion and metastasis

目的探讨Ezrin、IL-6和MMP-9在子宫颈病变组织中的表达及其与癌浸润和转移的相关性。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测了40例子宫颈浸润性鳞状细胞癌、38例原位癌、28例上皮内瘤变和15例正常子宫颈组织中Ezrin、IL-6和MMP-9的表达。结果Ezrin、IL-6和MMP-9在子宫颈浸润性鳞状细胞癌中的表达高于正常对照组及上皮内瘤变组(P<0.05),MMP-9在子宫颈浸润性癌组中的表达高于原位癌组(P<0.05);Ezrin、IL-6和MMP-9在子宫颈浸润性癌中的表达,与子宫颈癌的临床分期和病理分级无关,但均与淋巴结转移有关。结论Ezrin、IL-6和MMP-9在子宫颈浸润性鳞状细胞癌中的高表达与子宫颈癌的侵袭性行为有关,可作为判断早期子宫颈癌预后的指标。

Purpose To study the expression of Ezrin, interleukin-6 （IL-6） and matrix metalloproteinase-9 （MMP-9） in cervical carcinoma and their correlation with invasion and metastasis. Methods The expression of Ezrin, IL-6 and MMP-9 was detected by immunohistochemical SP method in 40 cases of invasive cervical carcinoma, 38 cases of cervical carcinoma in situ, 28 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, and 15 cases of normal cervical epithelium. Results The expression of Ezrin,IL-6 and MMP-9 was significantly higher in invasive carcinoma than that in normal controls and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The expression of MMP-9 was increased in invasive carcinoma compared to the carcinoma in situ（ P 〈 0. 05）. Expression of Ezrin, IL-6 and MMP-9 was not correlated with clinical stage and histological grade, but related to the metastasis of lymph node. Conclusions The high expression of Ezrin, IL-6 and MMP-9 in cervical carcinoma might be correlated with invasive behavior of cervical carcinoma. The three proteins are related to lymph node metastasis and they might become useful prognostic indicators for early cervical carcinoma.
