2型糖尿病患者血清超敏C反应蛋白与血脂、血糖检测的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与血脂、血糖的相关性及临床应用。方法检测正常对照(NC)组、T2DM组空腹状态下血清hs-CRP、血脂、血糖、血清胰岛素水平和餐后2h血糖及血清胰岛素水平。结果NC组血清hs-CaP[0.40(0.21~1.67)mg/L]显著低于T2DM组[3.6(1.83~8.94)mg/L](P〈0.01)。T2DM组血清hs-CRP与甘油三脂(TG)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(PPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、餐后2h胰岛素(PSI)呈正相关(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),与高密度脂蛋白(HDL)呈负相关(P〈0.01)。结论T2DM患者血清hs-CRP水平显著升高,hs-CRP与TG、ApoB、FPG、PPG、FINS、PSI正相关,与HDL负相关。 Objective To discuss the application of serum highly sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) , lipids and plasma glucose detection and the correlations between them in type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods The levels of serum hs-CRP, lipids, fasting plasma glucose ( FPG), postprandial plasma glucose (PPG) , fasting serum insulin(FINS), and postprandial serum insulin (PSI) were measured in type 2 diabetic patients and normal cases ( NC ). Results Compared with NC group [ hs-CRP 0. 40 (0. 21 - 1.67 )mg/L], the serum hs-CRP was significantly increased in type 2 DM group[ 3.6( 1.82 -8.94)mg/L]. The serum hs-CRP level was negatively correlated with high density lipopratein cholesterol (HDL-C)( P 〈0. 05 ), and positively correleted with triglyceride(TG), apoliporotein B ( ApoB), FPG, PPG, FINS and PSI ( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Serum hs-CRP level increases in type 2 DM groups, and is positively correlated with TG, ApoB, FPG, PPG, FINS, PSI, while is negatively correlated with HDL-C.
