胃癌相关基因Serpine1的RT-LAMP快速检测法 被引量：7

摘要 目的建立逆转录-环介导的等温扩增快速检测高侵袭型胃癌转移相关基因。方法快速抽提肝转移胃癌患者标本的RNA用环介导的等温扩增反应(LAMP)扩增转移相关基因Serpine1,扩增条件为63℃保温30min,扩增后产物通过特异性内切酶进行鉴定。结果RT-LAMP能特异性快速的扩增目的基因。结论RT-LAMP能因其特异,快速,高效的优点可以广泛运用于肿瘤转移相关基因的检测,对临床早期诊断提供标准。
