摘要
目的探讨在脑干听觉诱发电位、肌电图的监护下进行听神经瘤显微切除的技术。方法对12例听神经瘤在脑干听觉诱发电位、肌电图联合监测下行显微手术切除。结果面神经解剖保留11例,听神经解剖保留2例,听神经功能保留1例,所有病例术后均未出现脑干功能改变。结论在神经电生理监护下的听神经瘤显微切除可提高脑干及颅神经的解剖和功能保留。
Objective To explore the skill for microsurgical removal for acoustic neuromas using brainstem auditory evoked potential and electromyograghy. Methods 12 cases of acoustic neuromas were microsurgically removed by brainstem auditory evoked potential and electromyography. Results The facial nerve was preserved anatomically in 11 patients, acoustic nerve was preserved anatomically in 2 patients, the function of acoustic nerve was preserved in 1 patients, and the function of brainstem was preserved in all cases. Conclusion Using physiological monitoring could increase the anatomical and functional preservation rate of the brainstem and cranial nerve in microsurgical removal of acoustic neuromas.
