摘要
利用多项式环上的孙子定理建立了一新的加密体制，其特点是适用于多用户通信系统，且速度快。
A new cryptosystem which is suitable for multiple access communication is presented.The system is based on the Chinese Remainer Theorem for polynomial circle.
