Along with the development of the design model and design style, designers find it hard to keep pace with the language of design. The words such as streamlining, hard edge and new edge are filling our horizon. Those styles seem similar yet intermingled with each other. What＇s the difference and interrelationship between the two as well as their perspectives？ The thesis tries to provide a clear way of thinking for the new edge style in order to understand its value and meaning.
