摘要
人才是一个国家或地区兴衰成败的关键因素,而高校毕业生的就业状况则是这一因素作用强弱的晴雨表。要实现邢台经济社会的快速发展,就必须结合邢台的实际而创新现有的人才体制,广泛吸纳各类高校毕业生。
Talents play a significant part in the development of any country or region, which can be reflected in the employment situation of college graduates. The rapid economic and social development of Xingtai depends on the innovation of the present talents＇ system and employment of more excellent college graduates.
