胰岛素基因在HepG-2细胞系中的调节表达

The expression and regulation of insulin gene in HepG-2 cell line

摘要 用脂质体介导法将质粒p(GIRE),BP-11×Furin转染至HepG-2细胞。培养该细胞,以不同浓度的葡萄糖或胰岛素加入培养基。结果显示,葡萄糖和胰岛素均能浓度依赖地分别刺激和抑制胰岛素基因的表达。 The plasmid p（GIRE）3BP-11×Furin was transfected into HepG-2 cells by liposome-mediated method and the cells were cultured in different concentrations of glucose and insulin. The insulin mRNA expressions were stimulated by glucose and inhibited by insulin in a concentration-dependent manner.
