近10年来,国内市场挖掘机销量以年平均35%的增速快速发展,尤其近几年还有加速发展的趋势。中国正在成为挖掘机的制造大国,中国也已经成为全球挖掘机的主要市场之一。然而2006年,在中大型挖掘机的总销量中,86%为外资和合资品牌所有。面对如此现状,国产品牌挖掘机应如何定位,又应采取什么样的营销策略呢?
During the latest 10 years,the sales amount of excavator in China market increases by 35% on average annually,and the latest years witnessed even more rapid progress.There is no doubt that China will become a big excavator manufacturing country as well as one of the big excavator markets.However, foreign brands contribute 86% to the sales amount in 2006 which draws great attention of Chinese manufactures.What marketing strategy should China domestic manufacture adopt to solve such problems?
