摘要 近年来大直径盾构施工技术飞速发展,国内各大城市大直径盾构隧道工程相继开工建设,大直径盾构施工有着很大的发展前景。在实际的施工过程中大直径盾构机刀盘刀具的选型至关重要,很多工地由于刀盘刀具的选型不适合该工程,在掘进中出现了很大的困难,带来严重的经济损失,甚至出现人身伤亡事故。本文结合广深港狮子洋隧道盾构刀盘刀具的选型与优化,说明刀盘刀具对复杂地层的适应性等方面的重要性以及刀盘刀具优化的各种方法。 The technology of the big diameter boring machinery construction has a rapid development recent years,and it also has a bright future with the beginning of lots of big diameter tunnel construction.But it is very important to select the right cutter and cutter disc for the big diameter boring machinery in the construction,otherwise there will be many troubles even casualty accident. So,this article explains the importance of adaptability of the cutter and cutter disc to composite stratum and its optimization method combining with the experience of choice and optimization of the cutter and cutter disc in Shi ziyang tunnel construction,Guang shenxiang.
