摘要
煤炭是我国主要的发电能源。集约化开发煤电基地,优化煤电布局是我国能源资源开发利用面临的重要战略选择。从煤电布局存在的问题出发,分析了集约化开发建设煤电基地的必要性,提出了促进集约化开发建设煤电基地的有关政策建议。
Coal is an important primary energy for generating electricity in China. Intensive development of coal-power bases and reasonable distribution of coal-fired plants are important strategic selections of the development and utilization of energy resources in China. Based on the above, It was firstly analyzed the necessity to develop the coal-power bases, then gave relevant policy suggestions.
