摘要
结合2台300MW循环流化床(CFB)锅炉的实际运行状况,介绍了一系列的运行优化和逻辑优化方法:将埋刮板给煤线中间给料机由运行转为备用,减小下水冷壁的磨损;低负荷时停运辅机,降低厂用电率;掺烧一定比例的非设计煤种;优化燃油系统运行方式;空气预热器入口烟温较高时投入锅炉吹灰,保证单台空气预热器安全运行;调节燃煤粒径,控制床压等。采用这些优化措施达到了300MWCFB锅炉更加安全、稳定、经济运行的目的。
Considering the practical operation conditions of two 300MW CFB boilers, a series of optimization methods for operation and logic were introduced as follows: shifting the mid-coal feeder from operation to standby and reducing the wearing of lower water cooling wall; stopping the auxiliary machines at low load and decrease the self-service Power consumption; mixing certain amount of non-designed coal; optimizing the operation of oil-fired system; putting the boiler blowers into operation in case of higher temperature at the inlet of air preheater so as to ensure the safe operation; regulating the particle size of fuel and controlling the bed pressure. All these optimization measures improved the safe, stable and economic operation of 300 MW CFB boilers.
