云南石屏碰柑桔子中微量元素研究 被引量:4

Determination of trace elements in ponkan orange by flame atomic absorption spectrometry

摘要 采用干法灰化处理样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱法连续测定了碰柑桔中9种微量元素Zn、Mn、Cu、Ni、Fe、Cr、Cd、Co、Pb的含量;RSD值在0.27%~4.1%之间,回收率为101.0%~112.8%;并对测试结果进行了对比分析,发现在碰柑桔中Fe元素的含量在果肉、籽、果皮中的含量均较高。 Flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS) was applied to the determination of nine trace elements Zn,Mn, Cu,Ni, Fe, Cr, Cd, Co, Pb in ponkan orange. The samples were prepared by dry incineration method. The results of analysis gave RSD and recoveries in the range of 0.27%-4.1% and 101.0%-112.8%, respectively. Comparing the results, we found that the content of Fe in the pulp, seed and peel of ponkan orange is higher than other nine trace elements.
