豆渣异黄酮超声提取工艺的响应曲面法优化 被引量:13

Optimization of isoflavones extraction assisted by ultrasound from soybean dregs using response surface methodology

摘要 根据中心组合试验设计原理,通过30个试验,其中有6个样本的中心点,以异黄酮提取率作为响应值,考察超声时间、超声功率、乙醇浓度和固液比对豆渣异黄酮提取率的影响,确定豆渣异黄酮超声提取的二阶多项式模型。试验结果很好地拟合模型及对85%以上的差异做了解释,最优化的条件为66%乙醇、液固比1∶20、超声功率586W、超声时间34min,浸提率可达1.204%。试验值在95%的置信区间符合预测值,从而表明,RSM优化的模型适合于豆渣异黄酮的提取。 The ultrasound extraction process of isoflavones from soybean dregs was researched. A second order quadratic equation for ultrasonic extraction of isoflavones was built. The complete design consisted of 30 experimental points including six replications of the center points. Response surface and contour were graphed with the extraction rate of isoflavones as the response value. Based on the analysis of the response surface plots and their corresponding contour plots, effects of ultrasound power, ultrasound time, ethanol concentration and solid-liquid ratio were explored. The results showed that the highest yield (1.204%) of isoflavones were reached at the 66% ethanol concentration, 586 W ultrasound power, extraction time 34 min, and solid-liquid ratio 1:20. The experimental values agreed with those predicted within a 95% confidence interval, thus indicating the suitability of RSM in optimizing the extraction of isoflavones from soybean dregs.
