摘要
采用乙醇为溶剂提取花生根中白藜芦醇,并对提取物自由基清除能力进行研究。单因素及正交实验表明花生根中白藜芦醇的适宜提取条件为常温条件下提取、料液比1∶8、乙醇浓度80%、提取时间4h。化学发光分析表明产物具有羟自由基清除能力并且随着吸光度增加而增加。
The technology of extracting resveratrol from peanut root was carried out using alcohol as extracting solvent in this paper, the radical scavenging activities of extraction was also studied. The result s showed that the optimum extraction parameters were: temperature 25 ℃, the ratio of peanut root to alcohol volume 1:8, alcohol concentration 80%, time 4 h. Chemiluminescent detection showed the radical scavenging activities of extraction and increasing with absorbency.
