摘要
研究乌梅果和叶中砷、汞、硒的微波消解-氢化物原子荧光法测定方法,选定了最佳微波消解条件和测定条件,回归线性方程分别为As:If=3.86C-7.86,r=0.9997;Hg:If=104.41C-0.42,r=0.9990,Se:If=0.3686C+0.5,r=0.9994,检出限As为0.12,Hg为0.07,Se为0.25,线性范围As为0-50,Hg为0-20,Se为0-20(浓度单位C:ng/mL)。回收率在97.6%~101.8%之间,结果满意。
In this paper, a hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry method was used to determinate the trace arsenic ,selenium and mercury in fructus mume, The samples were digested by microwave. Under the optimum condition, the quantities of three interference elements were detected, The detection limits were as fellow: As:0.12 ng/mL, Hg:0.066 ng/mL, Se:0.25 ng/mL, the linear ranges were: As:0- 100 ng/mL, Hg:0-40 ng/mL, Se:0-80ng/mL, linear equations:As:If=3.86C-7.86, r=0.9997, Hg:If=104.41C-0.42, r=0.9990, Se:If=0.3686C+0.5, r=0.9994(C:ng/mL), the recoveries are between 97.6%-101.8%, the method is simple, rapid and accurate.
