摘要
目的:观察38度稻花香白酒对大鼠的亚急性毒性作用。方法:体质量相当的Wister大鼠随机分为高、中、低剂量组和对照组,每组15只,雌8雄7,高剂量组3.44mL/kg,中剂量组1.72mL/kg,低剂量组0.86mL/kg。,每日早上9:00各实验大鼠经口给药1次(对照组给予蒸馏水1.72mL/kg),连续45d。每周测体质量,末次给药后取血测定血常规,肝功能,测定各脏器系数,做心、肝、脾、肺,肾病理检查。结果:38度稻花香白酒各组大鼠血常规,肝功能各项指标差异无显著意义。体质量变化雌雄之间差异有显著意义。病理检查发现,心脏、肺脏、脾脏和肾脏等脏器均无异常变化。对肝脏有损坏作用,其肝脏的病变严重程度与剂量相关。结论:38度稻花香白酒对大鼠肝脏有亚急性毒性作用。
To observe the effects of subacute toxicity on rats of riceflower-perfume liquor (38°). Methods 60 wister rats were divided into high-dosage group(3.44 mL/kg), medium-dosage group(1.72 mL/kg), low-dosage group(0.86 mL/kg) and control group(distilled water 1.72 mL/kg) of 15 rats(8 remales and 7 males) per each. To give drugs orally every day 9:00am per rat for 45 days. To determine body weight per week. To determine blood routine and blood biochemical parameters.To determine liver organ coefficients and perform pathoiogy examination of heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney. Results: Compated with the control group, blood routine and blood biochemical parameters of the othe three groups were similar(P〉0.05). The changes of body weight of the remales per group have significant difference with the males (P 〈0.05). Perform pathoiogy examination of heart, spleen, lung and kidney of every group rats were within the normal standara. The damage degree perform pathology examination of liver has dose-dependent. Conclusion: The riceflower-perfume liquor (38°)has toxic effect on the liver of rats.
