摘要
目的:对菊科橐吾属植物黄毛橐吾Ligularia xanthotricha进行化学成分研究。方法:通过柱色谱(CC)、制备薄层色谱(PTLC)及重结晶等技术进行分离纯化,利用理化性质及IR,UV,MS,1D/2DNMR等现代波谱技术并结合文献鉴定其结构。结果:分离并鉴定出7个三萜类化合物:羽扇豆醇(lupeol,1),羽扇豆醇棕榈酸酯(lu-peol palmitate,2),3,28-二羟基羽扇豆醇(3,28-dihydroxyllupeol,3),桦木酸(betulinic acid,4),蒲公英甾醇(taraxas-terol,5),蒲公英甾醇棕榈酸酯(taraxasteryl palmitat,6),蒲公英甾醇乙酰酯(taraxasteryl acetate,7)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of Ligularia xanthotricha. Method: Silica gel column chromatography and preparative TLC were employed for the isolation and purfication. The structures were identified on the basis of spectral data (IR, EI-MS, 1^H-NMR, 13^C-NMR, DEPT) and chemical evidence. Result: Seven compounds were isolated and identified as follows: lupeol (1), lupeol palmitate (2), 3, 28- dihydroxyl-lupeol (3), betulinic acid (4), taraxasterol (5), taraxasteryl palmitat (6) and taraxasteryl acetate(7)o Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
