黄毛橐吾三萜类成分研究

Study on triterpenes from of Ligularia xanthotricha

目的:对菊科橐吾属植物黄毛橐吾Ligularia xanthotricha进行化学成分研究。方法:通过柱色谱(CC)、制备薄层色谱(PTLC)及重结晶等技术进行分离纯化,利用理化性质及IR,UV,MS,1D/2DNMR等现代波谱技术并结合文献鉴定其结构。结果:分离并鉴定出7个三萜类化合物:羽扇豆醇(lupeol,1),羽扇豆醇棕榈酸酯(lu-peol palmitate,2),3,28-二羟基羽扇豆醇(3,28-dihydroxyllupeol,3),桦木酸(betulinic acid,4),蒲公英甾醇(taraxas-terol,5),蒲公英甾醇棕榈酸酯(taraxasteryl palmitat,6),蒲公英甾醇乙酰酯(taraxasteryl acetate,7)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Objective： To investigate the chemical constituents of Ligularia xanthotricha. Method： Silica gel column chromatography and preparative TLC were employed for the isolation and purfication. The structures were identified on the basis of spectral data （IR, EI-MS, 1^H-NMR, 13^C-NMR, DEPT） and chemical evidence. Result： Seven compounds were isolated and identified as follows： lupeol （1）, lupeol palmitate （2）, 3, 28- dihydroxyl-lupeol （3）, betulinic acid （4）, taraxasterol （5）, taraxasteryl palmitat （6） and taraxasteryl acetate（7）o Conclusion： All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
