摘要
以机床运动特性为约束,确定刀轨不同法曲率处的最大进给速度;以实际切削速度的变化比率为调节系数,将刀轨法曲率半径划分为不同的区域;通过设定初始曲率半径划分步长,将整个曲率半径范围分割成若干个子区域,并在子区域内对曲率半径进行划分;通过自适应进给速度生成算法,实现了进给速度随曲率半径区域的变化而自适应变化,并对相邻刀轨区域的进给速度进行了过渡处理。
The feed-rate maximums of different normal curvature radiuses of tool-path were obtained with constraints of dynamic characteristics of machine tools;the varying rates of actual cutting speed were regarded as adjustment parameters,and the scope of these radiuses was divided into different segments. When an initial segment was given, the whole scope was divided into several subscopes. Thus,the feed-rates were adaptively consistied with these segments,and the feed-rate transition of adjacent tool-path area was processed.
