技术引进对我国R ＆ D投入总量和结构的影响

The effect of technology import on the aggregate amount and structure of R&D input

改革开放以来,我国的技术引进总额不断提高,R&D投入也迅速增加。在现有文献的基础上,本文从总量和结构两个角度探讨技术引进对R&D投入的影响,得出如下结论:从总量上看,R&D投入促进了技术引进,技术引进却没有有效带动R&D投入的增加,但两者之间存在着长期稳定的关系;从结构上看,则要根据不同的分类标准具体分析,技术引进对R&D投入结构的影响存在不确定性。

Since 1978, technology import aggregate amount and R＆D input of China increase very fast. Based on current litera-tures, after discussing the effect of technology import on R＆D input from the angle of the aggregate amount and structure, some conclusions are drawn. On the aggregate amount , R＆D input benefits to the technology import increasing, while technology import doesn＇t cause the R＆D input increasing. There is a stable relation between them in the long term. On the structure, the effect of technology import on R＆D input is uncertain according to different categorical standards.
