农业部在全国组织实施振兴油料生产计划

The Agricultural Ministry Organizes and Implements the Plan of Promoting Oil Production in Entire Country

农业部决定从2008年开始在全国组织实施振兴油料生产计划，力争2008年油料生产全面恢复到2006年的水平，即面积达到2307万hm^2（3．46亿亩），平均单产2025kg／hm^2，总产量达到4700万t；到2010年，油料面积比2006年扩大138．7万hm^2（2080万亩），平均单产提高15kg／hm^2，总产提高14％。

The Agricultural Ministry decided, from 2008 to organize and implement the plan of promoting oil production in entire country and to strive for that the oil production in 2008 will recover to the level in 2006, i.e. 23.07 million hm^2 （346 million mu） of area, 2 025 kg/hm^2 of average yield per mu, 47 million t of gross yield. In 2010, compared with 2006 the area shall expand by 1,387 million hm^2（20,8 million mu）, the average yield per mu shall increase by 15 kg/hm^2, the gross yield shall increase by 14%.
