摘要
本文借鉴了生物学、医学领域的研究成果,从组织免疫这一新的视角解释组织的适应性问题。在界定组织免疫概念和描述运行机制的基础上,提出组织免疫行为包括组织认知、组织防御、组织记忆三个维度的假设。通过设计相应的量表,并通过问卷调查的方式收集数据,对数据进行因子分析,验证了假设;最后对研究结果的理论和实际意义进行了总结,并指出未来的研究方向。
The organizational adaptation is studied from the organizational immunity -based perspective, which is borrowed from the knowledge of biology and medicine. Dimensions of organizational immunity - based behavior have been explored on the basis of the definition and mechanism of organizational immunity, which include organizational recognition, organizational defense, and organizational memory. A scale has been developed to measure the factors of organizational immunity - based behavior. The directions have been suggested for the future study and managerial implications also have been discussed.
