1666张门诊降糖药处方分析

Analysis of 1666 Clinic Prescriptions of Hypoglycemic Drugs in Outpatient

目的:了解降糖药的利用情况,促进临床合理安全用药。方法:抽取门诊降糖药处方1666张,对药物利用情况进行统计分析。结果:处方中出现频次前3位的降糖药分别是格列齐特(35.00%)、二甲双胍(0.5g) (17.50%)和二甲双胍(0.25g)(14.46%)。DDDs排序前3位的降糖药分别是格列齐特、二甲双胍(0.25g)和二甲双胍(0.5g)。各降糖药DUI均≤1。降糖药联用处方672张,占40.34%。药物联用存在不合理用药情况。结论:应注意降糖药之间以及降糖药与其他药物之间的联合应用。

Objective： To clarify the hospital clinic hypoglycemic drug usage and promote the rational and safe use of hypoglycemic drugs. Method： 1666 sample prescriptions of hypoglycemic drugs were randomly gathered from our hospital clinic and the usage was statistically analyzed. Result： Top 3 hypoglycemic drugs used with high frequency in the prescriptions were gliclazide 35.00% , metformin（0.5g） 17.50% and metformin（0. 25 g） 14.46%. Top 3 hypoglycemic drugs used with high frequency on DDDs were gliclazide, metformin（0.25 g） and metformin（0.5 g ）. In 672 of all the prescriptions hypoglycemic drugs were used in combination, which took up 40.34%, The DUI was ≤ 1 in all the hypoglycemic drugs. Irrational association usages of hypoglycemic drugs still existed. Conclusion： Attention should be paid to the association use of hypoglycemic drugs and the association use of hypoglycemic drugs with other drugs.
