大型挂舵臂铸钢件试样中夹杂物的应力场数值模拟

摘要 钢中的非金属夹杂物对钢质量和性能的影响,不仅取决于夹杂物数量的多少,而且与夹杂物的类型、形状、大小、变形行为和分布情况有着密切的关系。采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对在大型挂舵臂铸钢件中出现的不同类型、形状、分布的夹杂物进行了在变载荷作用下,夹杂物及其周围基体应力场分布的模拟,进而从宏观力学角度分析夹杂物的微观力学行为,为阐明夹杂物在复杂载荷下的反应机制提供了依据。 The influence of nonmetal inclusions on quality and performance of steels is not only dependent on total quantity of inclusions, but also on the type, shape, size, deforming behavior and distribution of the inclusions in steel. By using ANSYS finite element analysis software, the stress field distribution of inclusions with different type, shape and distribution appeared in heavy rudder arm steel castings and around matrix was simulated under the condition of changing load, then micromechanics behavior of inclusions is analyzed from view of macromechanics, so foundation is provided to clarify reaction mechanism of inclusions under complex load.
