摘要
分析了10钢制耐火砖成型模板过早失效的形式及原因,论证了采用稀土镁球铁代替10钢制作成型模板的可行性。生产实践表明,稀土镁球铁模板的使用寿命是10钢的1.6~2.0倍,且可降低成本,节约能源。
The premature failure modes of firebrick forming dies made of steel 10 and its failure reason are analyzed. The possibility of using rare earth Mg ductile iron to replace steel 10 was expounded. Production practice showed that the service life of the rare earth Mg ductile iron dies is 1.6-2.0 times as long as that of steel 10. And using the rare earth Mg ductile iron could lower the cost and save energy resources.
