Establishment of Management Platform for Monitoring Information in Radio and TV

监测工作是保障广播电视安全播出的重要技术手段,监测数据信息已成为加强广播电视行政管理、提高节目质量的主要依据。为了更好地发挥广播电视监测信息的作用,本文针对不同功能的监测系统的异构性,给出了将现有资源进行整合并集成为一个统一信息平台的方案,从而达到了增强监测信息的服务能力,提高监测工作的运行管理水平,完善广播电视的安全播出保障的目标。

In the light of different structure for different functions' monitoring systems,the Jiangsu Radio and TV Monitoring Station integrates existing resources into an unified information platform.It can play an important role of broadcast monitoring resources,make broadcast scheduling scientifically,and deliver monitoring data to authorities to ensure broadcasting quality.By automation means,the unified informatioin platform realizes broadcasting proess management,data's networking and resources sharing,enhances monitoring work's service ability and operation level,and ensures security broadcasting.This artical introduces the system's function and key technics as a reference for the industry.
