摘要
本文报道用薄层扫描法对安泰强身液中淫羊霍甙和大黄素进行含量测定,结果表明,该法简便易行,精密度高,回收率好,线性范围宽。
Contents of epimedium glycoside and emodin in Antai Qiangshen liquid were determined with the thin scanning.The result showed that the method was simple and convenient,Precision was accu- rate,rate of recovery was high and linear range was wide.
