The network management is very important in mobile communication. With the progression of mobile communication technologies, the network management in new-generation mobile wireless communication has become a hot problem. The characteristics of network management in new-generation mobile wireless communication is analyzed in this paper, the several implementation schemes of new-generation mobile wireless network management -distributed network management are the focus in the paper.
