摘要
运用制冷系统热动力学观点和动态分布参数方法建立起汽车空调蒸发器动态分布参数模型,用一种基于制冷剂质点追踪思想的解析-数值混合仿真方法进行求解,并对汽车空调蒸发器使用制冷剂R12、R22和R134a的热力性能进行了仿真。得出在相同的初始状态下,使用R22的蒸发器出口空气温度最低,出口过热度最小,制冷量最大,使用R134a的蒸发器热力性能略次于R22,而使用R12的蒸发器制冷效果是最差的。考虑到R22对环境的破坏作用,R134a是较理想的制冷剂替代物。
This paper strikes up a dynamic distributing parameter model of the evaporator in automotive air conditioner by the refrigerating system thermodynamic theory and dynamic distributing parameter method, then uses an analytical -numerical mixed simulation method based on tracing liquid particle to solve the problem, and simulates the thermal performance of evaporator using R12, R22 and R134a refrigerant in automotive air conditioner. Under the same working condition, the evaporator using R22, has got the largest cooling capacity with lowest, overheating and outlet air temperature. The thermal performance of the evaporator using R134a comes second, and the cooling efficiency of evaporator using R12 is the worst. Considering R22 destroys the environment, R134a is the best refrigerant alternative.
