摘要
目的:探讨低频电磁场促进人胚肌腱细胞增殖的最佳物理参数。方法:应用正交设计方案,比较不同参数(频率、波形、场强)组合的电磁场刺激对人胚肌腱细胞体外增殖的影响。并对电磁场波形进行Fourier变换,分析其频谱组成与效应的关系。结果:这些电磁场均促进肌腱细胞增殖(P<0.01),其中1.7Hz、5~6×10-4T正弦波电磁场效果最佳(P<0.05),肌腱细胞可能对低频成分更敏感。结论:为临床应用电磁场促进肌腱愈合提供了选择物理参数的依据。
Objective: To explore the optimal parameters of low frequency electromagnetic fields (LFEMF) stimulating human embryo tenocytes proliferation. Methods: Referring to Orthogonal design, the effects of LFEMF with various frequencies, flux densities and waveforms on tenocytes growth in vitro were compared,then the waveforms were analysed with Fourier transforms. Results: All the parameters of LFEMF promoted human embryo tenocytes proliferation(P< 0.01 ), 1.7 Hz 、5~6×10 -4 T sinusoidal electromagnetic field had the best response(P< 0.05 ). Human embryo tenocytes were more sensitive to low-frequency components.Conclusions: This study provides a scientific parameter selection basis of LFEMF for clinical tendon healing.
