可脱性球囊栓塞治疗外伤性颈内动脉海绵窦瘘 被引量：3

摘要 目的:探讨外伤性颈内动脉海绵窦瘘(TCCF)的血管内治疗方法。方法:经股动脉入路,用可脱性球囊对16例TCCF患者进行栓塞治疗。结果:16例患者中,12例瘘口一次性完全闭塞,瘘口部颈内动脉闭塞4例,其中1例球囊早脱。结论:可脱性球囊栓塞治疗TCCF创伤小、疗效可靠,是目前较为理想的首选治疗方法。
