本文运用西方经济学理论分析了农民专业合作经济组织的外部经济行为,包括生产、交换和消费行为、风险规避行为,论证了农民专业合作经济组织通过降低成本、增加效率可使农户获得更大收益,有效改变农户在市场上的交易地位,提高谈判能力,减弱交易风险的不确定性,是抵抗市场风险的减振器。农民专业合作经济组织扩大了农业生产专业分工的精细程度,为合理利用与优化配置农业资源提供了可靠的渠道。

With the help of western economic theory, the author analyzes external economic conducts of farmer specialized cooperative economy organization, including production, exchange and consumer behavior, risk avoiding behavior. Farmer specialized cooperative economy organization causes the farmers to obtain a greater income by cost decreasing and efficiency increasing. It can change farmer＇s trade position in market effectively and raise negotiations capacity. It can reduce trade risks＂ uncertainty. For this reason, it is vibration-reducer to resist market risks. It enlarges the degree of agricultural produces division of labor based on specialization. Therefore, it provides reliable channels to make rational use and optimize collocation of agricultural resources.
