摘要
基于虚拟仪器的思想,设计实现了一种便携式高精度频率测量仪器;介绍了其软硬件结构和实现原理,将待测频率与参考频率混频,生成低频正弦波,采用模数转换器(ADC)将连续频率信号离散化,并经由数字信号处理分析后得到高精度待测频率值;最后,采用国家授时中心的标准频率信号对设备进行了验证,实际测量结果表明,在1s测量间隔,频率测量精度优于1.0×10-14;频率稳定度1.2×10-14;该系统具有硬件装置体积小、重量轻、软件程序界面友好、易操作、测量精度高等特点,易于推广使用。
A design of portable high precision frequency set based on virlual inslruments is introduced. The hardware slrueture of the system and the implemented method of software are presented, The signal from the device under test and the reference source are mixed to acquire sine wave of low frequency. We use an analog to digital converter (ADC) to sample the signal. Once the signal is digilized, the software will be used to process the data and oblain the high--precision frequency. Additionally, the 10MHz frequency from the National Time Service Cenler (NTSC) standard is used as the reference of the isolalion amplifier. The operation dala are 1-- second imervak The result of experimenls proved that the frequency accuracy can be 1. 0 10^-14 and stability 1.2 10^-14. This syslem is convenience operation, high accuracy, better interface and it will be used extensively in the future.
