摘要
为推广内话及录音机检查仪的研制成果,阐述了某型飞机内话及录音机检查仪设计思路、原理、软件流程和机械传动结构设计;该项目的关键技术为硬件应用单片机控制技术及机械传动结构的仿制技术,该检查仪设计思想先进,结构合理,技术难度大,在机械传动机构和同步控制方面有较大创新,整体技术达到了国内先进水平,摆脱了进口装备维修检测对国外的依赖;实验表明,该机具有语言清晰、防震、抗干扰、耐高温、使用寿命长等特点,并且还具有操纵控制自动化程度高、成本低、自检能力强等优点,填补了国内空白,具有良好的军事和经济效益。
To popularize the product of the Interphone Recorder in aero plane, it expounds the design thinking and principle of the cir cuits, the software and the mechanical gearing of the interphone recorder in aero plane. The key point is SMC controlling technique in hard- ware. The thinking of the project is advanced, the configuration is in reason, the technology is difficult, it is innovated in the field of the ma chine drive and synchrocontrol, and advanced in the same field of our country, it avoid the maintaining of the in--port equipments to depend on the technology of foreign country. The virtues of the recorder are high quality voice, shockproof, anti--jamming, high temperature resist- ance and long life as well as the virtues of low cost, high automatic controlling and auto--testing ability. It has filled certain blanks in the field at home and has good economic and military benefits.
