摘要 随着人们生活水平的提高,降温和采暖等气象敏感负荷的比重不断升高,气象对电网负荷的影响越来越大。将气象领域的体感温度、舒适度指数、风寒指数、持续气象因子等概念引入到电力负荷分析预测研究中,使考虑的气象因子增加,并进行分区间分析,使气象变化对电力负荷影响的分析结果更加接近实际。 With improvement of people's living standards, the proportion of weather sensitive loads for cooling and heating purposes is growing larger and larger and weather is presenting ever greater influence on the loads of the power grid. This paper introduces weather factors such as the Sensorial Temperature, Index of Comfort, Index of Chill and Durative Weather Factor into the research process for forecasting loads, so that more useful factors and "key groups of weather factors" can be taken into consideration in the study of connection between weather factors and weather sensitive loads and that analysis can be done on section basis, thus reaching results closer to the actualities in research of influence of weather change on the power loads.
