核电经济性分析有关问题探讨

Study on Related Issues to the Techno-economic Analysis of Nuclear Power

随着我国核电建设项目的增加,核电的经济性日益引起项目业主和社会有关方面的高度关注。本文分析了核电的社会效益、环境保护效益和项目的经济指标,介绍了目前我国核电项目的经济性状况,提出了全面认识和深入研究核电经济性分析需要注意的平准化发电成本、项目计算期等4个问题,并就提高核电经济性的途径做了初步探讨。

With increase in the number of nuclear power projects, the techno-economics of nuclear power has increasingly aroused attention from the project owners and other stakeholders. This paper presents an analysis on the benefits that nuclear power will bring to the society and the environment, and it studies the economical indexes of the projects. While explaining the status quo of the economics of China＇s nuclear power projects, we propose four issues to be paid attention to in fully understanding and thoroughly studying the techno-economics of nuclear power, such as levelized generation costs and the economic life of the project. And we also make a preliminary study on the ways to improve the economics of nuclear power.
