摘要
模因论揭示语言发展的规律,语言模因的复制、传播为丰富人类的语言提供了一条快捷、有效的途径,也为我们外语教学提供一种新的思路。本文探讨模因论启发下的大学英语写作教学。作者分析"内容相同形式各异"的基因型语言模因和"形式相同内容各异"的表现型语言模因,认为这些模因的表现方式可以应用于大学英语写作教学。
Memetics reveals the law of language development. The replication and transmission of language memes provide a quick and an effective way to enrich human languages and a new perspective on foreign language teaching. This paper explores the teaching of College English writing that memetics can shed a new light upon. Having analyzed the two ways for memes to be replicated and transmitted : memetic genotype -- the same core content inherited in various language forms, and memetic phenotype -- the iden- tical set pattern of language followed by different contents, the author holds that these could be applied to the teaching of College English writing course.
