摘要
全面地介绍和评述国内外关于Al-Zn-Mg-Cu系铝合金组织对性能影响的研究情况。Al-Zn-Mg-Cu系合金的组织主要由基体析出相(MPt)、晶间析出相(GBP)、晶界无析出带(PFZ)、抑制再结晶化合物(过渡族元素化合物)和杂质相,以及晶粒和亚结构组成。它们对合金的常温力学性能、断裂韧性和抗应力腐蚀开裂性能的影响极大,几乎决定着合金的所有宏观性能。因此,控制了合金组织,就控制了性能,而控制这些组织的主要途径是调控化学成分、加工工艺和热处理。
The domestic and abroad status of researching the effect of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu series alloy structure on the properties are comprehensively introduced and reviewed. The structures of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu series alloy mainly consist of MPt, GBP, PFZ, the transit group elements compounds that hinder re-crystallization(the compounds are of the elements of the transit groups)and impurity phase, as well as grain and substructure. They make great effects on the room temperature mechanical properties, the fracture toughness, and anti-stress corrosion cracking properties of the alloys, almost determining all the macro-properties of the alloys. As a result, after con- trolling alloy structures, we can control alloy properties. The main methods of controlling alloy structures are regulating chemical constituents, processing technology and heat treatment.
