摘要 急性肺损伤和急性呼吸窘迫综合征发病机制复杂,病死率高,是临床常见的呼吸系统急危重症。各种肺内外因素引起多种炎症介质的释放,引发肺内过度、失控的炎性反应,形成恶性循环,加重机体损伤。本文就目前国内外关于急性肺损伤的研究情况进行综述。 Sepsis has been diagnosed as an infection in addition to the symptoms of systemic inflammatory response syndrome.Insufficient development in both medical diagnosis and treatment of sepsis has led to continuous growth of mortality and morbidity in reported cases of sepsis for the past two decades.It is a key to improve the treatment level by seeking the protein markers with high sensitivity and specificity to the infection and inflammation.In this report we review past and present diagnostic methods for sepsis and their limitations,and discuss the significance of biological marker in septic infection.
