摘要
以D-葡萄糖、D-甘露糖、α-乳糖、溴等为原料合成了3种糖的溴代衍生物,研究了溴代糖合成反应的条件。结果表明:低温加料,溴代乙酰葡萄糖、溴代乙酰乳糖反应温度控制在30-40℃,溴代乙酰甘露糖反应温度控制在35~42℃;并通过熔点测定、^1H NMR等手段确认了糖的衍生物的结构。
Three kinds of bromoacetylsaccharides were synthesized from D-glucose, D-mannose, tose and bromine as raw materials. The optimum conditions were found as follows: adding the α-lacraw materials at low temperatures, the reaction temperature for bromoacetyllactose 30 - 40 ℃, and the reaction temperature 35- 42 ℃. The structures of the bromoacetylsacchrides ^1H NMR, etc. the syntheses of bromoacetylglucose and for the syntheses of bromoacetylmannose were confirmed by elemental analysis,
