摘要
以2-三氟甲基-4,4′-二硝基二苯甲醚为原料,水合肼为还原剂,Pd/C为催化剂,异丙醇为溶剂,经还原反应合成了2-三氟甲基-4.4′-二氨基二苯甲醚。最佳反应条件为:反应时间3 h.反应温度83℃,Pd/C[w (Pd)=10%]0.3 g,水合肼用量5.5 mL,异丙醇用量45 mL,产物收率为88.4%,用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱及元素分析对产物进行了表征。
Using hydrazine hydrate as reductant, Pd/C as catalyst and isopropanol as solvent, 2- trifluoromethyl-4,4'-diaminodiphenylether was synthesized with 2-trifluoromethyl-4, 4'-dinitrodiphenylether. Effects of reaction time, reaction temperature and amounts of Pd/C, hydrazine hydrate and isopropanol were investigated. The optimum conditions were obtained as follows, reaction time 3 h, reaction temperature 83 ℃, amounts of Pd/C, hydrazine hydrate and isopropanol were 0.3 g, 5.5 mL and 45 mL, respectively. Under these conditions, the yield of the product was 88.4%.Structure of the product was confirmed by IR, ^1H NMR spectra and elemental analysis.
