摘要 OpenDOAR是首家对全球范围内的开放存取库进行搜集、描述和组织的电子目录。对OpenDOAR背景、特点及使用的介绍,有助于它在利用开放存取库资源的过程中被广泛重视和发挥重要作用,从而促进开放存取运动的发展。 OpenDOAR is a first comprehensive and authoritative directory in internet that collects, describes and organizes open access repositories around the world. It contributes to OpenDOAR getting extensive attention and a great importance in the course of utilizing open access repositories with the introduction of the background, characters and application of OpenDOAR, promoting the development of open access.
