摘要
对3种白腐菌的液体菌种培养条件进行了优化研究。结果表明,黄孢原毛平革菌液体菌种培养的较优条件为培养时间4d、初始pH6.0、装量50mL、琼脂添加量0.2%,W3液体菌种培养的较优条件为培养时间5d、初始pH6.5、装量50mL、琼脂添加量0.3%,变色栓菌液体菌种培养的较优条件为培养时间5d、初始pH6.5、装量75mL、琼脂添加量0.1%。
In this paper, culture conditions on liquid strain of the three white-rot fungi were studied for the optimization. The efficiency of study and application in white-rot fungi in the relevant fields can be improved in a large extant. The results showed that the optimum culture condition on liquid strain of Phanerochaete chrysosporium was 4 days culture period, the initial pH 6.0, liquid capacity 50 mL, agar recruitment 0.2%. The optimum culture condition on liquid strain of W3 was 5 days culture period, the initial pH 6.5, liquid capacity 50mL, agar recruitment 0.3%. The optimum culture condition on liquid strain of Trametes versicolo.r was 5 days culture period, the initial pH 6.5, liquid capacity 75 mL, agar recruitment 0.1%.
