摘要
用超声波提取,通过L9(34)正交试验设计,探讨了提取条件对翻白草(Potentilla discolor Bge.)中总黄酮类物质提取量的影响。结果表明:各试验因素对翻白草总黄酮类物质提取量的影响依次为提取溶剂配比、提取时间、乙醇浓度、提取功率。
Fiavonoids from Potentilla discolor Bge were prepared according to a L9（3^4） orthogonal test plan. The relationship between extracting conditions and yield from Potentilla discolor Bge was investigated. Results： the processing conditions affected the yield, and that the effect of each condition decreased in the following order： proportion of extracting solvents, extracting time, extracting ethanol concentration and power of extraction .
