摘要
将80目天然沸石与90%脱乙酰度壳聚糖的0.5%醋酸溶液按1:1.2质量比混合制成沸石-壳聚糖颗粒,用于苹果汁澄清处理。研究了不同壳聚糖脱乙酰度、沸石-壳聚糖添加量、果汁pH值、作用温度、时间等对果汁澄清效果的影响。确定最佳工艺参数是:澄清剂添加量8g/L,作用时间4min,作用温度为45℃左右。澄清处理后果汁的透光率80%以上,澄清效果较好。产生的滤泥用作动物饲料添加剂,对环境无污染。
A solid adsorbent pollet was made from natural zeolite and chitosan to be used for clarification of fruit juices. 80 mesh natural zeolite was added in chitosan slurry of 90% degree of deacetylation to prepare adsorbent pellets with mass ratio 1:1.2. The optimal operation conditions are absorbent amount 8 g/L and agitation time 4 rain at 45 ℃ with transparence 80%. The filtrate slurry can be used as feed additives without environmental pollution problem.
