摘要
目的调查护理本科生临床实践能力、自我效能感现状,探讨两者之间的相关性,并分析临床实践能力影响因素。方法采用问卷调查法,对在三级甲等医院临床实习的117名护理本科生进行调查。结果护理本科生的实践能力以中等居多,自我效能感以中等偏高居多。一般资料中影响实践能力总分的因素有:专业态度、患者的信任度对护生心情程度的影响和护生对带教方式的态度。护理本科生临床实践能力总分及各因子和自我效能感呈显著正相关。结论了解护理本科生临床实践能力的影响因素以及与自我效能感的关系,有助于护理教师和临床带教教师有针对性地采取措施,提高护生的临床实习效果和临床实践能力。
Objective To investigate the ability of clinical practice and general self-efficacy of nursing baccalaureate students, and discuss their relationship and the influencing factors of clinical competence. Methods Questionnaires were used to investigate 117 nursing undergraduate students who were studying in the 1^st class tertiary level hospital. Results Most of the students' ability of clinical practice were moderate, while the level of general self-efficacy was a little higher above moderate. The influencing factors of clinical competence included professional attitude, credibility in patient and teaching methods of clinical teachers. Conclusions To know the relationship and the influencing factors of clinical competence and self-efficacy could help the clinical teacher adopt individual measures to improve the clinical competence of nursing undergraduate students.
