摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法从椒样薄荷(Mentha piperitaL.)中提取挥发油,并运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其化学成分进行了分析。从椒样薄荷挥发油中鉴定出46种化学成分,占总出峰面积的97.982%。其中含量较高的为薄荷醇(32.533%)、薄荷酮(23.577%)和3,7,7-三甲基-二环[4,1,0]庚烷(10.379%)。
The volatile oil was extracted from Menthapiperita L. by steam distillation, and the chemical components of volatile oil were analyzed by Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS). The result showed that 46 components were separated, which was the 97.982 % of the total peak area. The higher content components were menthol (32.533 %), menthone (23.577 %) and 3,7,7-trimethylbicyclo[4,1,0]heptane (10.379 %).
