镉对肾损害与尿酶活性的研究

Study on activity of urine enzyme in kidney damaged by cadmium

摘要 镉对肾早期损害的研究中,我们对47名镉作业者采用尿中γ-谷氨酰转肽酶活性(γ-CT/g·Cr),同时对尿镉、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)以及血中的γ-GT进行检测。结果表明:作业场所氧化镉在0.052~0.12mg/m3,平均工龄为6.6年的作业者,尿γ-GT/g·Cr活性高于对照组(P<0.01)。其中超标者占29.7%,而尿β2-MG超标者12.7%。在尿γ-GT/g·Cr异常的病例中有50%尿β2-MG尚属正常。说明检测尿γ-GT/g·Cr活性是镉对肾早期损害的敏感指标。 The urine γ GT,urine cadmium,β 2 microglobulin(β 2 MG)and the serum γ GT of 47 cases exposed to cadmium environment were measured.The results showed that those cases exposed to air concentration of cadmium oxide 0.052 and 0.12mg/m 3 and averaged working period 6.6 years had a higher urine γ GT than normal control( P <0.01).29.7% of them were higher than the normal standard,whereas only 12.7% of the urine β 2 MG were increased.50% of those cases with abnormal urine γ GT,showed a normal urine β 2 MG.It suggested that the level of urine γ GT would be a sensitive index for detecting early renal damage by cadmium.
