摘要
[目的]为科学识别形态特征相似的泥鳅和大鳞副泥鳅。[方法]在对泥鳅和大鳞副泥鳅形态特征研究的基础上,经逐步判别分析,筛选颌须/头长、皮褶长/体长、体高/体长3项形态指标建立识别泥鳅和大鳞副泥鳅的判别函数。[结果]结果表明:该函数的判别正确率达94%。[结论]在实际工作中,只需测量颌须、皮褶长、体高、体长4项形态指标,利用判别函数就能快速、简便地确定类别的归属;利用形态指标建立鱼体的判别函数实现对鱼类别的科学、快速判别是可行的,对于指导生产实践以及科学研究都具有重要价值。
[Objective] The aim was to study the scientific identification of Misgurnus onguillicaudatus and Paramisgurnus dabryonus Sauvage that have similar characteristics. [Method] Based on the quantitative character measured data of Misgurnus onguillcaudatus and Paramisgurnus dabryonus Sauvage, the discriminant analysis in stepwise methods were applied to the classification of Misgurnus onguillcaudatus and Paramisgurnus dabryonus Sauvage. [Result] The discriminant functions with 94 % accuracy were constructed. [Conclusion] In actual work, we need to measure the morphological targets of jaw beard, skin pleat length, body height and body length. By making use of the identification function, we could distinguish them in a rapid and concise manner. It was practical to make use of the morphological function to establish a rapid and scientific judgment of fish identification, which had important value in production practice and scientific research.
