Quality Situation and Exploration Method of the Female Human Resources in Western Countryside

西部农村女性人力资源质量主要体现在受教育程度、政治参与程度、经济决策影响度、健康状况、意识理念、就业结构等方面。从总体情况来看,西部农村女性人力资源质量不容乐观。针对现状,分析了西部农村女性人力资源质量开发的主要影响因素,进而提出了相应的对策。

The quality of the female human resources in western countryside mainly embodies in education level, participation level in politics, influence level on economics decision, health, concept and structure of employment. In general, it is not very optimistic. On the basis of the quality situation of the female human resources, the main influence factors of quality exploration is analyzed and the corresponding exploration method was put forward.
